Mark has spent the majority of his career immersed in various aspects of the auto industry. He started his career in the auto industry running a traditional, multi-franchise car dealer group Ertley Motorworld in Wilkes-Barre, PA. From there he joined a team of like-minded industry disruptors and co-founded Carmax (NYSE: KMX) the original used car superstore. The next stop in his career was co-founding Dealertrack (NASDAQ: TRAK), a technology company that revolutionized how dealers secure auto financing for consumers. In 2015 Dealertrack was acquired and taken private by Cox Automotive, a $7B automotive services and technology company focused on transforming the automotive industry. Mark spent three years as COO of Cox Automotive before retiring in early 2019 to focus on developing and operating car washes in VA.

Mark is married to Monique and they have two grown children. He resides in Richmond, VA and in his spare time he enjoys traveling, running, investing, collecting vintage cars and attending car shows. He gives back by advising aspiring entrepreneurs, running the Madmone Foundation and participating as a Trustee of WPI, Mark’s undergraduate alma mater.

Stephen is currently the CEO of Enerjen Capital. He advises for many in the supply chain sector, especially Solvoyo, a global supply chain analytics firm that works with some of the world’s largest commercial goods producers. Prior to Warehowz, Stephen was Chief Commercial Officer at A.P. Moller – Maersk, the world’s largest shipping logistics company, where he was responsible for its 374 global offices across 114 countries, a member of the Executive Board, Chief Executive Officer for the Safmarine Shipping Line, and responsible for all Commercial Operations. Before A.P. Moller – Maersk, Stephen was the Global Head of Retail Sales and Marketing at Microsoft. He started his career at Procter & Gamble where he worked in Latin America, Asia and Europe before becoming the Global Head of Retail Operations..

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Gary operated 2 family businesses prior to attending college where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Gary then spent 28 years with Enterprise Holdings as a business development specialist operating Alamo, National and Enterprise Rent a car units before retiring in 2018. While at Enterprise Gary led senior VP level teams around the country.

Gary currently enjoys spending time with family, business consulting, serving his community and wake-surfing on Lake Norman NC in retirement!
